Philippe is also a Founding Partner and the Executive Chairman & Chief Strategy Officer of Deel, responsible for overseeing and executing corporate strategy, capital allocation, and initiatives that drive sustainable long-term value. Founded in 2019, Deel’s technology makes it effortless to hire, manage, pay, and equip any worker, anywhere. In seven years, the company has grown to 7,000+ team members worldwide in 110+ countries and secured more than $1 billion in funding.
Philippe was previously Deel’s CFO, responsible for managing the company’s corporate strategy, including finance, M&A, legal, and compliance. Under his leadership, Deel grew at an exceptional pace, from an early-stage startup to a trusted global platform now serving more than 40,000 businesses across 150+ countries.
Prior to Deel, Philippe Bouaziz founded Prodware Group. Listed on Euronext, Prodware Group is a leading IT powerhouse, helping more than 18,000 customers in EMEA with their business software and digital transformation. There, he completed more than 45 acquisitions and remains Chairman of the Board.
